Apex Temple Court Hotel is often praised for its stunning building and excellent location in a quiet courtyard, conveniently close to many London attractions like St Paul's and Trafalgar Square, with a train station just a short walk away. Guests frequently mention the spacious and clean rooms, some featuring nice views and coffee- and tea-making facilities. the breakfast had many options. reception staff were helpful. the bathroom had nice toiletries. the hotel booked a taxi for me. the staff was very cute and also helpful.
i found no second dressing gown in the room for two people. this was disappointing. housekeeping should ensure two gowns are available when a double room is booked.
Service

The staff was always on hand to assist when needed. i saw staff helping multiple guests with directions and luggage. The staff seemed eager to help and ensured a positive experience, and i found them to be fast and efficient.

I found the complimentary refreshments in my room were not well stocked. my room was made up incorrectly. I had two twins instead of one double. i am still waiting for an emailed invoice to see exactly what i have paid for.
